Dive Control Units

Please see below some information on the Dive Control Units we produce. This is an example of a dive control unit for a previous client however we can build them to client specifications. This dive control unit was featured in the May/June/July/August ADC Newsletter.

Wood lined Container.

300 Litre Receiver @ 13 BAR

Stand-by Air - 6 off 30 Litre Cylinders @ 200 BAR each

3 Diver HP/LP Panel @ LP Working Pressure of 240 PSI (Test Pressure @ 360 PSI on LP Pipe work)
HP Working Pressure of 200 BAR to 3 X separate Tescom Regulators. Advised pressure setting @ 13 BAR

LP Pressure Relief Valves set @ 16 BAR

Gauge Pressure Relief Valves set @ 60 Metres Sea Water (MSW)

Complete with 02 Monitoring and Sampling.

Each Diver Outlet is fitted with a Low Pressure Alarm which alert the operator if the pressure falls below 100 PSI. One single red 1/4 Turn Valve is all that is required to switch to back-up air. As you may see on the photograph we have gas on line detachable tallies that are transferred from the HP Cylinder to the Isolation Valve to indicate that the HP Cylinders are in fact turned on. There is also a plaque fixed to the panel adjacent to the Tescom Regulator which the operator signs and dates each day stating he has preset the Tescom Regulators.

External HP Supply is for recharging Cylinders or can be used to add on HP Cylinders externally. (This client has an external Quad connected)

LP Supply @ 32 CFM, 13 BAR Compressor complete with large Water Separator.

All inter-connecting hoses are 3/4" Synflex anti-crush. Working Pressure @ 1,250 PSI. They will however be only used @ 13 BAR.

LP Supply with internal 3 Part Filter. Working Pressure @ 15 BAR.

PNEUMO has dual control either automatic or it can be controlled by the operator.

This company which own this dive control unit are using New Proteus Helmets and Omega Band Masks which are capable of withstanding the necessary pressures required.
